In the winter during the day we keep the heat to 60 upstairs (since we're downstairs) and 62-64 downstairs. At night, the downstairs gets turned down to 55 since everyone sleeps upstairs, and the upstairs is 60-62. Keeping doors closed keeps heat in, which is great.
